Destroying cork trees – forests property – evidence of the office of water and forests report

When the defendant was convicted for ploughing up in the state’s forest and destroying cork trees, based on the legally written report , made by agents of the office of water and forests according to Article 65 of Dahir 10/10/1917, which could only be contested through the proof of the wrongness of its content. This report established that its writers found a land lot that was ploughed after burning the trunks of cork trees. The court when based its decision on the report and the confession of the defendant during preliminary investigation, it has made its decision well grounded.
