Abstract
Convicting the defendant for the crime of stealing forests products and insulting a public employee during his job was based on his confession before the police, which is considered as an evidence legally available as long as the police report was discussed with the case parties and the facts constitutes a misdemeanor pursuant to article 290 of the code of criminal procedure. In addition The court had sufficiently displayed the elements of the offense of stealing agricultural products as well as the offense of insulting a public employee during his job and destroying something allocated to public use. It demonstrated also the criminal intent.
