Forests property – misdemeanor of eradicating trees and the use of fence.

The court relied on the report, made by agents of water and forests office to convict and punish the defendant, considered as a legal evidence, since a recent eradication of live eucalyptus trees was observed during a group attack of the population of the village adjacent to the state’s forest. It relied also on the investigation done by the water and forests administration which concluded that the appellant is the offender who was asked about the subject and admitted the misdemeanor. therefore the court’s decision was well founded and did not violate any law.
