Abstract
Harmful industrial waste – its effect on the real state – liability of industrial facility.
When the court demonstrated through the required legal expert examination that there is harm caused by industrial activities which produce waste falling on plant leaves and on the land which affected the real estate of the plaintiff, she has established lawfully the elements of liability and consequently implemented the provisions of Article 79 of the Code of Obligations and Contracts rightfully.
