Practice of painting in a residential neighborhood – propagation of smell outside the workshop – use of expertise – proof of damage

The court confirmed the damage that it decided to be lift and it made its decision well explained when it used in its decision the conclusion of the expertise which states that damage is a result of the appellant’s activity of painting which causes the smell to propagate outside the workshop.
