Abstract
Landfill site – its environmental effects – harm – compensation.
The appellate court had sufficiently demonstrated compensation when it approved the legal examination in which the expert shows the area of land and the harm suffered from not using the estate in irrigation, as well environmental effects represented in foul smell and the propagation of insects and water pollution.
