Abstract
The court based its conclusion on the legal expert examination which proved that harm occurred to the appellant by preventing him from using his estate because it has become filled with polluted water leaked from the company’s pumping plant as well as the leakage of this water to the farm’s wells which have made them unusable and damaging to the human and animal health. Hence, the compensation set by the court was partial and focuses on the unused part of the estate without the other part, and thus its decision was well founded and was not discordantly reasoned.
