Abstract

The International Court of Justice accepted two counterclaims that Colombia presented against Nicaragua in the context of violations of Sovereign Rights and Maritime Spaces in the Caribbean Sea, which has been before said tribunal since November 2013 (violation of artisanal fishing rights and violation of sovereignty  rights in context of marine area).
