Abstract

A case in context of environmental impact assessment for specific projects and the right of the members of the concerned public to an assessment procedure, hightlights that those judicial proceedings should not be too expensive. It explains decisions, acts or omissions to which the provisions of the Public Participation Directive apply. In addition applicability of Aarhus Convention is examined.
