Abstract
The plaintiff wanted to harvest sand from a local dam and the defendant had suspended the sand harvesting and sale of sand for commercial purposes in her jurisdiction following an executive order issued by the County Governor. The defendant argued that the transportation and harvesting of sand was causing environmental damage. The plaintiff was ordered an injunction and granted to continue harvesting the sand.
