Abstract

The Cooperative Association of Bogotá Recyclers (ARB), represented by Ms. Nohra Padilla Herrera, brought claim that Public Tender 001 of 2011 does not comply with Bogotá’s obligations to take affirmative action to include its population of recyclers, as held by judgment T-724 of 2003 and subsequent orders, for which reason the Court must “fundamentally remedy the lack of protection of the recyclers’ rights.”
